Meet the Committee!

Hello good people!
I am the current Morris Society President and have been helping to teach rapper dancing to the society for the past two years. I am lucky to have started folk and morris dancing as soon as I could walk and it has allowed me to make many amazing friends. This year I am looking forward to teaching and learning some new styles of Morris dancing and hope you will join us to do that too.

Hi, I'm Abigail :slight_smile:
I was raised in the folk dance world, but I only started morris dancing properly when I joined Uni Morris in 2018! I now organise our dance outs and help teach some of our Cotswold dances. I absolutely adore all the Cotswold dances we've written over the last couple of years, especially How Do You Do because we get to have a lot of fun making up silly salutes!

Hi I'm Rachel!
I've been part of Uni Morris since 2017, having never done any Morris dancing before. I also handle the social media with Chris.
My favourite dance is Princess Royal (Ducklington style or my own fusion version), it's so bouncy!

You may call me Joshua. I provide inclusion, music, and chaos.

Hi!!
I'm Esther and I'm in All The Morris Teams and dance five styles. I've been dancing since I was 17.
I'm the Kit Monitor because I like sewing and making sure we all look our best at events.
My favourite dance is Rose Quartz; it's the first dance we created together :slight_smile:
